Pelican:
Open up the modded .map in HHK2
Open up the vehi section
Select pelican int he main window
Go to tools/export meta and references (NOT RECURSIVELY!!!)
Save to a seperate folder on the desktop
Open up pelican.vehi in HEX Editor.
Go to edit/find
select text and type Driver
then click next
Look in the window to the right and P-driver will be selected
Go to the string on the bottom it says P-driver
Change P to W
Under it should be another P-driver change that too.
Exit HEX Editor

Go to tools/inject in HKK2
Select pelican.vehi
press open
Select the folder you saved the pelican.vehi in
Save
YOUR done!
Pelican is now drivable.
